A Forest of Trees

As a child my favorite place to be was beneath the overarching branches of a tree, the soil cool beneath my knees and the soft moss that felt like velvet. The world beneath a tree opens up a world of wonder for a child, a safe place from an otherwise chaotic world, a magical place all their own.
